About the role

Join Zurich’s Sustainable Energy Graduate Development Programme and help global commercial customers in the energy sector transition to sustainable practices while managing risk and claims.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through Energy underwriting, assessing sustainability‑focused risks and setting premium rates.
• Work in the Claims team to manage and settle insurance claims with sustainability considerations.
• Contribute to Zurich Resilience Solutions by conducting risk assessments and recommending sustainable engineering solutions.

Required profile

• Full right to work and reside in the UK, with at least three years ordinary residence.
• Achieved (or on track to achieve) a 2:1 degree or higher within the last three years.
• Minimum 96 UCAS points (CCC) and GCSE grades A*‑C (9‑4) in Maths and English.
• Passion for sustainability and ability to commute to the London office.
