System Administrator (SAP Business One Support)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our business‑critical application team. The role focuses on supporting SAP Business One across finance, operations and customer service, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and rapid issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all Business As Usual (BAU) queries related to SAP Business One.
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily system issues, escalating complex problems to third‑party partners when necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal users, becoming the trusted face of SAP support within the organisation.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and customer service teams to understand and address their specific needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting SAP Business One in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work on‑site at least four days a week.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the capacity to triage issues independently.
• Experience in retail, B2B or B2C settings is desirable.
