About the role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with specialist knowledge of iTrent for an immediate‑start, three‑month contract in Essex. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring data accuracy and supporting the rollout of key HR platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Validate and maintain the integrity of iTrent data.
- Assist with the implementation of Tribepad, a recruitment and onboarding solution.
- Support ServiceNow for operational HR processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot multiple HR systems on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Collaborate with the wider IT team to ensure smooth system performance.
Required profile
- Strong hands‑on experience with iTrent.
- Comfortable working across several platforms and systems.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Detail‑oriented and able to handle complex data sets.

What we offer
- £17.50 per hour (visible salary).
