Systems Calculation Analyst

About the role

As a Systems Calculation Analyst within the Calculations & Benefits Team, you will support the delivery of market‑leading pension calculation work, ensuring accurate and efficient outcomes for the Pensions Administration business. You will work closely with the Calculations & Benefits Lead, the wider Client Onboarding & Change Team, and various stakeholders across Isio.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver calculation work consistently and efficiently within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise the use of processes and systems.
• Code and configure administration platforms to support calculation solutions.
• Develop and implement optimised solutions that reduce maintenance effort.
• Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures for admin calculations.
• Ensure work complies with governance frameworks and ISO27001 requirements.
• Identify improvement opportunities and share ideas with the team.

Required profile

• Good understanding of DB/DC pension schemes and benefit calculations.
• Experience delivering calculation solutions in pension administration systems.
• Familiarity with relational databases.
• Willingness to learn audit, testing and sign‑off processes.
