Systems & Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Systems & Data Analyst to join our new Systems and Business Improvement Team. The role will support Acis Group’s core IT systems, ensure data is accurate and available, and drive continuous improvement across housing, asset and CRM platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support and develop core IT business systems (housing management, CRM, asset and repairs management), ensuring efficient use, correct configuration and up‑to‑date versions.
• Manage security access levels, granting appropriate permissions in line with business requirements.
• Collaborate with the IT team and business subject‑matter experts to configure, design and optimise workflow and case‑management processes.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on system usage and best practices.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects, identifying solutions that enhance service delivery.
• Produce data insight reports and build Microsoft Power BI dashboards for the Knowledge Information Management function.
• Assist in defining data architecture and support the organisation’s move towards a data‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supporting enterprise IT systems, preferably in housing, asset or CRM environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations and process improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality and reporting.
• Effective communication skills to train users and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and automation.
