About the role
We are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to join our growing business near Cirencester. You will provide day‑to‑day support for key business applications, monitor system performance and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day support for critical business applications.
- Monitor system performance and respond to incidents.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement service improvements.
- Provide expertise on systems and processes to stakeholders.
- Assist with testing, upgrades and ongoing change activities.
Required profile
- Experience in a similar systems or application support role.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Pursuing or holding a relevant qualification such as Computer Science or equivalent.
