Systems Support Coordinator

About the role

The Systems Support Coordinator will provide first‑ and second‑line technical assistance to users, manage Microsoft 365 accounts and support the organisation’s CRM and other business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support to all business users.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions and access.
• Maintain and support CRM platforms and related business applications.
• Assist with user onboarding, off‑boarding and account setup.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and system issues.
• Collaborate with departments to improve business processes.
• Support system upgrades, testing and new technology roll‑outs.
• Produce reporting, manage data and maintain system documentation.
• Liaise with third‑party IT suppliers and software providers.
• Assist information‑security activities and ISO 27001 compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support, systems support or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support end users.
• Experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot.
• Organised, proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
