Tailor – 8‑hour shift (Part‑time)

About the role

The Levi’s® Tailor Shop in Rushden provides customers with the opportunity to customise, personalise and repair their denim. In this 8‑hour, part‑time position you will deliver high‑quality alterations and creative customisations while supporting the shop floor team.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and customise Levi’s products on the shop floor.
• Take accurate measurements for leg alterations and other tailoring requests.
• Support sales staff by delivering exceptional customer service after tailoring duties.
• Schedule and coordinate tailoring appointments.
• Communicate effectively with other Tailors, Sales Stylists and Store Management to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Previous tailoring experience, ideally with retail exposure.
• Ability to sew and stitch to a high standard.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
