Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Team and own end‑to‑end recruitment for both headquarters and retail operations. You will build talent pipelines, advise hiring managers, and help shape the future of one of Europe’s fastest‑growing beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for HQ and Retail, from briefing to offer management.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and future‑facing roles.
• Provide trusted advisory to hiring managers on market trends, competitor activity and inclusive hiring practices.
• Influence stakeholders to improve assessment quality and hiring consistency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication and efficient process management.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to generate insights on time‑to‑hire, sourcing effectiveness and talent trends.
• Lead talent acquisition projects aimed at process optimisation and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate on employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Represent the business at industry events and talent forums.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity in the Workable ATS.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably for both corporate and retail functions.
• Strong ability to develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse recruitment metrics.
• Experience representing an employer at industry events and networking opportunities.
