Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced in‑house recruiter to join a fast‑paced international business on a fixed‑term basis. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process across multiple corporate functions, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from briefing to offer, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate contractor onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to deliver a first‑class candidate experience.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with UK employment legislation, GDPR and IR35 requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an in‑house or talent acquisition role.
• Strong stakeholder management and operational focus.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple vacancies.
• Knowledge of UK employment law, data protection and contractor compliance.
