About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client’s busy recruitment team on an 8‑12 week contract. You will support the end‑to‑end hiring process across multiple sites in South East England, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Post job vacancies on relevant platforms
- Sift and shortlist CVs
- Conduct telephone screening calls
- Arrange face‑to‑face interview appointments
- Collect interview feedback and send rejection emails
- Prepare and set up contracts for successful candidates
Required profile
- Proven recruitment experience – agency or in‑house
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and conflict‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction
