About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join our Global Leadership Recruitment team in Manchester. This highly visible, fast‑paced role supports executive‑level recruitment across multiple Booking brands worldwide, acting as the operational backbone from candidate interaction to offer stage.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, multi‑stage interview processes for senior and executive candidates across multiple time zones.
• Act as a trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
• Manage interview scheduling, logistics, travel and visa arrangements for executive‑level candidates.
• Prepare interview materials, facilitate debriefs and ensure timely, complete feedback in the iCIMS ATS.
• Maintain 100 % data accuracy and compliance across all reporting dashboards.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement initiatives to simplify workflows and enhance candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Contribute to global strategic projects in collaboration with Leadership Recruitment and RC Leadership teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination, executive assistance or a similar operational support role, preferably in a multinational, fast‑paced environment.
• Deep understanding of interview scheduling and candidate management within large‑scale recruiting operations.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior executive stakeholders.
• Passion for delivering world‑class candidate experience and operational excellence.
