Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Lead will head a high‑performing recruiting pod within a fast‑growing global organisation based in the United Kingdom. You will combine people‑leadership with hands‑on recruiting to drive strategic hiring outcomes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters while remaining actively involved in critical hiring initiatives.
• Own the recruiter pod’s focus, productivity, prioritisation and delivery against hiring targets.
• Translate broader talent acquisition objectives into clear, actionable goals for the team.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings to monitor performance, pipeline health and career growth.
• Review and improve sourcing, outreach, candidate engagement, interview processes and stakeholder communication.
• Escalate performance or team challenges and partner with senior leadership on solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a recruiting team or pod.
• Proven ability to manage personal recruiting workload while developing others.
• Deep knowledge of the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing strategy to candidate outreach.
