Talent Acquisition Manager – London

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to join a fast‑growing international retail and e‑commerce business in London. Reporting to the People team, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, shaping recruitment strategy across corporate functions with a strong emphasis on HR and senior‑level appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate, HR and executive roles, from brief to offer and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, provide market insights and design sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, focusing on passive candidates and direct sourcing.
• Analyse recruitment data and market intelligence to identify trends and improve hiring performance.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners as required.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience within the UK market, preferably in an in‑house role.
• Demonstrated success recruiting HR and senior‑level positions in corporate environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Stable career progression within talent acquisition.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification is a plus.
