Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

This is a consultative, relationship‑led position where you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of clients, from not‑for‑profits to growing businesses. You will have the autonomy to design hiring strategies and the support of a team that values trust and high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Grow accounts by building long‑term client relationships based on a deep understanding of their business needs.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and direct headhunting to find the right fit.
• Manage the full candidate experience, guiding applicants through each stage and ensuring a positive outcome.
• Share successful tactics with the team and mentor junior colleagues.
• Think strategically about market trends and future hiring directions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in recruitment, either agency or in‑house, with experience designing and running hiring processes.
• Demonstrated ability to source talent across multiple channels.
• History of caring for both candidates and clients and consistently meeting targets.
• Mentoring mindset and the drive to uplift teammates.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and able to work without constant supervision.
