Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology to join Jet2.com’s internal recruitment team in Leeds. You will partner with the Technology and Digital Marketing divisions to attract and secure high‑calibre talent across engineering, data, infrastructure and testing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and advise on market trends.
• Produce regular data and talent analytics reports, dashboards and market insights for stakeholders.
• Prioritise vacancy workload, collaborate with the sourcing team and build talent communities for niche and future roles.
• Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies, including active engagement on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Support talent branding initiatives to raise Jet2.com’s employer profile.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering recruitment services in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Ability to interpret recruitment data and recommend actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn and other social media recruiting tools.
• Familiarity with HR data systems and talent analytics.
