Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Townhouse is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of top‑tier salon talent worldwide. You will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for Nail Artists and other salon roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and supporting the growth of our high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full salon recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and sourcing to offers and onboarding.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract expert Nail Artists.
• Collaborate with the TA team and Area Managers to hire teams that drive revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, delivering a positive recruitment experience.
• Use data‑driven approaches to support recruitment strategy and meet departmental OKRs.

Required profile

• Experience in multi‑site recruitment within retail, beauty, leisure or hospitality; international recruitment is a plus.
• Passionate about people and committed to an outstanding candidate experience.
• Strong communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
• Adaptable with a growth mindset, eager to develop in a fast‑paced, scaling business.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing recruitment metrics and optimising processes.
