Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Menzies is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the candidate experience and support hiring across multiple service lines. You will act as the face of Menzies throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a fair and seamless process for all applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage direct candidate pipelines and targeted LinkedIn campaigns.
• Head‑hunt passive talent and develop sourcing strategies to stay ahead of the market.
• Shape employer branding through creative content on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, coordinating interviews and keeping the ATS up‑to‑date.
• Handle core administration tasks such as issuing contracts, offers and managing the careers inbox.

Required profile

• Previous experience within a Talent Acquisition or internal recruitment team.
• Proven success in candidate attraction, sourcing and application management.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and posting jobs on the platform.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing.
