Talent Acquisition Specialist – Workplace & FM

About the role

Livv Workplace is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its internal recruitment team at the Canary Wharf head office. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting and onboarding talent across a range of workplace and facilities management functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for workplace and FM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, stakeholders and clients to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Utilise sourcing, networking and headhunting techniques to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Create engaging job advertisements and maintain talent pipelines.
• Support internal talent development, succession planning and retention initiatives.
• Handle recruitment administration including vetting, referencing, compliance checks and onboarding.
• Conduct new starter onboarding meetings to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Promote the business as an employer of choice and maintain excellent candidate engagement.
• Support operational teams to ensure vacancies are filled and service requirements are met.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Successful track record recruiting within workplace services or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of service lines such as Front of House, Cleaning, Catering, Administration and Technical Services.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Results‑driven with experience meeting KPIs and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail, resilience and a proactive approach.
