Talent Development Lead

About the role

The Talent Development Lead will join the People team of a globally recognised specialist talent solutions firm. Reporting to the Head of People, you will design, deliver and continuously improve learning programmes that support consultants at every level across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training programmes covering sales, search methodologies, soft‑skills and technical topics.
• Design engaging learning sessions and create tailored training materials for diverse learning styles.
• Manage learning calendars, schedules, communications and participant engagement.
• Provide one‑to‑one coaching, mentor early‑career professionals and facilitate peer‑to‑peer learning.
• Monitor learning outcomes, produce participation reports and use feedback for continuous improvement.
• Partner with managers to identify skills gaps and recommend targeted development solutions using the 70‑20‑10 model.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training or Coaching.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities with confidence engaging diverse audiences.
• Proven stakeholder management and collaborative working across multiple teams.
• Passion for developing people, career growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
