Talent & Development Partner

About the role

The Talent & Development Partner will shape and deliver the organisation’s talent and development strategy, focusing on leadership capability, succession planning, performance management and high‑potential talent programmes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and HR leadership to embed impactful leadership initiatives and strengthen internal mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement leadership development programmes aligned with business goals.
• Drive talent review, succession planning and internal mobility frameworks.
• Use talent data and insights to inform decision‑making and improve performance frameworks.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed capability‑building initiatives across the organisation.
• Manage high‑potential talent programmes and performance management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent management, leadership development and organisational capability.
• Background in a fast‑paced commercial environment, ideally insurance or financial services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and programme delivery skills.
• Commercially focused mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
