Talent & Engagement Intern

About the role

This internship supports LVMH's Talent Management strategy across Head Office and Retail, focusing on attraction, recruitment, development and employee engagement. You will help foster a culture of belonging and high performance through internal communications and proactive engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, shortlisting and video interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessment centres for Head Office internship roles, and support the overall intern onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, gather feedback and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring cycle.
• Curate engaging content for internal communication platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, intranet and email.
• Organise internal events and development workshops, handling scheduling, RSVPs, logistics and liaison with external providers.
• Monitor employee feedback on events and communications, analyse insights and propose improvements aligned with the DEI strategy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date trackers, raise purchase orders and coordinate invoice processing with the Accounts team.
