Talent Scout – Glasgow

About the role

Standing Tall is seeking a proactive Talent Scout to lead its new operations in Glasgow. You will work directly with people who have experienced homelessness, helping them secure stable employment and safe housing while building partnerships with local businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and support individuals for up to 12 months, matching them with stable jobs and safe homes.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with employers willing to hire people who have been homeless.
• Recruit, train and oversee Amici Hosts who provide safe housing for programme participants.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations and activities of Standing Tall in Glasgow.

• High resilience, adaptability and a commitment to delivering quality services.
• Leadership ability to collaborate effectively and achieve the best outcomes.
• Financial competence to monitor budgets and understand financial implications of service delivery.
• Commercial thinking to identify opportunities and build financial surpluses.

• Salary of £30,000 per annum (visible).
