Tax Manager – International Group (Hybrid, London)

About the role

Join the fast‑growing international group as a Tax Manager within the Group Tax function. Reporting to the Head of Group Tax, you will help build the tax function from the ground up, ensuring practices meet listed‑company standards across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the business and external advisors on day‑to‑day tax queries.
• Prepare group and company tax provisions to support statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Partner with the external implementation partner to roll out a new tax provisioning and Pillar 2 tool.
• Monitor legislative developments and flag their likely impact on the business.
• Contribute to shaping group tax strategy and strengthen governance around direct taxes outside the UK.
• Collaborate with subsidiary finance teams, external advisers, property, operations and transactional finance to identify improvement opportunities, manage risk and streamline processes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) is desirable.
• Ambitious and motivated to develop a tax function in a dynamic, international environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation.
