Tax Manager / Senior Tax Advisor – Leeds (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Advisor to join a fast‑growing professional services firm in Leeds. The role blends corporate and personal tax work with a strong advisory focus, allowing you to develop commercial relationships with entrepreneurial businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a mixed portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients, delivering compliance and strategic advice.
• Provide advisory services on remuneration planning, succession and estate planning, capital gains tax, benefits in kind, and other strategic tax projects.
• Collaborate with specialist teams on complex client matters and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior team members, helping shape client solutions.

Required profile

• CTA, ATT, ACA or CA qualified.
• Proven mixed tax experience across compliance and advisory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and meet deadlines.
• Experience handling a portfolio of clients and working in a collaborative, client‑facing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CCH or similar tax software.
