Teacher – Inspire Students in Secondary Education

About the role
Progress Schools is seeking enthusiastic teachers to join our secondary education team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in English, Maths or Science while supporting the personal development of each pupil.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess curriculum-aligned lessons for secondary students.
- Provide emotional and academic support, especially for learners with special needs or in alternative provision.
- Maintain accurate records and minimise unnecessary administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with senior leaders through weekly drop‑ins and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
Required profile
- Degree in a relevant teaching subject (English, Maths, Science) with a minimum grade of 4/C.
- Qualified to teach in the UK (QTS/QTLS) or willing to work towards certification.
- Experience in a school setting, preferably secondary education.
