Teaching Assistant Roles for Psychology Students & Graduates

About the role
We are looking for psychology students and recent graduates to support primary school classrooms in Bath as Teaching Assistants. The role offers flexible, part‑time or full‑time days that can be arranged around your studies, starting in September.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils as directed.
- Help prepare teaching materials and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
Required profile
- Current psychology student or recent graduate.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Commitment to work at least two days per week.
- Availability for the 8:30 am‑3:30 pm schedule, Monday‑Friday.
Required skills
- Basic classroom support skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
