Teaching Assistant – Secondary School (Ealing) – Sep 2026

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Ealing from September 2026. Working closely with teachers, you will help create an engaging classroom environment and support the academic, social and emotional development of students.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils.
• Help prepare resources and maintain classroom organisation.
• Promote positive behaviour and a respectful learning atmosphere.
• Build constructive relationships with students, staff and families.
• Monitor student progress and relay feedback to teaching staff.

Required profile

• Experience working with children or young people (desirable).
• Genuine interest in supporting education and student development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Patient, enthusiastic and adaptable approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a wider school team.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
• Right to work in the UK.
