About the role
The Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation (CCSI) at Cambridge Judge Business School seeks a Teaching Associate to support and develop teaching for the Master of Studies in Social Innovation programme. The role involves contributing to programme delivery and fostering education in social innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and support teaching materials and sessions for the MSc in Social Innovation.
- Assist with curriculum design, assessment creation and examination of postgraduate students.
- Conduct and supervise qualitative research projects related to social innovation.
- Collaborate with faculty and external innovators to enrich course content.
- Provide academic guidance and feedback to students.
Profile required
- Degree level education, normally a PhD in a relevant discipline or equivalent teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of social innovation and experience with qualitative research methods.
- Proven experience teaching and examining at postgraduate level.
- Creative, proactive, and able to grasp new ideas quickly.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
