About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Weymouth as a Team Leader – Barista Maestro. You will oversee a 20‑hour per week shift schedule, including weekends on a rota basis, and help create memorable coffee experiences for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts, ensuring the store runs effectively.
• Train and support new baristas, maintaining high standards of coffee preparation and service.
• Motivate and energise the team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Maintain service and coffee excellence across the store.
• Adapt resources and solve problems to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Calm, adaptable and resourceful under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or willingness to step into the role.
