Team Leader – Hospitality

About the role

Buzzworks is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join its fast‑paced hospitality team. You will work across our network of venues, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while supporting and developing your crew.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the floor, maintaining high standards of food, service and cleanliness.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a memorable experience.
• Monitor stock levels, organise shifts and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong customer focus and ability to uphold brand standards.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
