Team Leader Pricing – UK & Ireland

About the role

The Team Leader, Pricing will lead the commercial pricing function for the UK & Ireland region, working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and the Pricing team. You will coordinate pricing policy, manage price data, and support sales and marketing with accurate pricing information.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate pricing activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain and update price lists in the Oracle system, including customer‑specific lists for new contracts and tenders.
• Resolve invoice disputes related to pricing, contracts, and taxation.
• Support sales & marketing with price uploads, new item activations, and price modifications.
• Implement strategic price changes, calculate impact, and upload new master data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Tenders & Contracts, Customer Service, Finance, and Accounts Receivable.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to sales managers on pricing strategy and contract matters.
• Ensure SOX controls in partnership with Finance and support annual pricing projects and margin calculations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading pricing or commercial analysis teams.
• Strong understanding of pricing policy, contract management, and business analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and regions.
