Team Leader – Pub & Kitchen

About the role

As a Team Leader you will lead by example on the floor, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team and step in to resolve issues when they are absent.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy periods to maintain high standards.
• Ensure the bar area remains safe, legal, clean and that any issues are dealt with promptly.

Required profile

• Deliver heartfelt, consistent customer service on every visit.
• Deputise for managers, handling any arising problems.
• Help organise the team during busy shifts, keeping operations clock‑work like.
• Maintain a safe, legal and clean bar environment.

Required skills

• Strong eye for detail, ensuring every pint is perfect.
• Ability to act as a role model for excellent service.
• Quick thinking and adaptability during a fast‑paced shift.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong teamwork.
• Proficient spoken and written English for safety and allergen control.
