About the role
You will be on the restaurant floor leading the team, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. The role involves setting the pace, motivating staff and delivering each shift’s targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team on the floor and drive performance to meet targets.
- Coach, support and develop crew members, celebrating their progress.
- Manage stock checks, shift planning and behind‑the‑scenes tasks.
- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene and safety.
- Foster a positive, energetic work environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and engage staff.
- Calm under pressure, making smart decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
