Team Leader - Subsidence Claims

About the role

Sedgwick is recruiting a Team Leader for its specialist Subsidence team in Glasgow. The role combines people leadership with technical claims expertise: you will lead, develop and inspire colleagues while managing your own portfolio of subsidence claims and supporting the wider team. It suits experienced claims handlers or subsidence professionals ready to move into leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the team and act as the go-to person
• Drive performance, identify development opportunities and foster an engaged culture
• Manage your own portfolio of subsidence claims
• Work closely with leadership and deputise when required

Required profile

• Experienced team leader or manager from a claims handling background, or an experienced subsidence professional
• Confident claims handler with strong technical expertise and a natural mentor
• Organised, adaptable and able to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
