Team Manager

About the role

Primark is looking for a motivated Team Manager to lead a section of its Westfield London store. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining visual standards and creating an engaging customer experience while developing your team.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Own an allocated department, handling commercial planning, stock control, planograms and visual merchandising.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms as needed.
• Organise daily tasks for Retail Assistants and monitor performance.
• Motivate and coach staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and coaching experience in a retail environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on performance and talent development.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships and foster a supportive team culture.
