Team Member – Retail Sales Associate (Part‑time)

About the role

Join a fast‑paced store team in Dumfries, delivering outstanding service and efficient stock operations. This part‑time position works 6 hours per week across Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, offering a supportive environment for personal development from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service, assisting customers in finding the right products.
• Maintain stock levels, process deliveries and organise stockrooms.
• Work across all store areas, including sales floor, stockroom and delivery processing.
• Deliver reliable performance during scheduled shifts (Tue 17:00‑20:00, Wed 17:00‑20:00).

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Calm, efficient and able to handle busy periods.
• Flexible, supportive and willing to go the extra mile.
• Legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Basic numeracy for handling transactions and stock counts.
