About the role

Join Pret at Birmingham Airport as a seasonal Team Member, delivering friendly service and freshly prepared food to travelers. You’ll be the first smile customers see and help create a welcoming atmosphere in a fast‑paced, airside environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders and serve food and beverages.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, coffee and other menu items to Pret’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and shop floor.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Kind, honest and generous with a genuine, friendly attitude.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willing to learn on the job – no prior experience required.
• Flexible to work early‑morning shifts, including 3‑5 am slots.
