Technical Area Sales Manager – Scotland (G, PA & KA)

About the role

Join the Sales department of a leading heating brand as a Technical Area Sales Manager. You will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing accounts within the private and domestic sector across the Scotland postcode areas G, PA and KA.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement innovative ways to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
• Work with the Regional Sales Manager to set regional goals and priorities.
• Conduct factory tours and coordinate field‑based training for customers.
• Maintain and update CRM records, including purchase potential and call planning.
• Deliver presentations on company products internally and externally.
• Support the launch of new products and services in the assigned area.
• Plan and schedule merchant activities and training within merchant branches.
• Maintain a social media presence for customer groups to promote products and services.

Required profile

• Detailed knowledge of the heating industry and related technologies.
• Proven experience in key account management within the private or domestic sector.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
