Technical Project Manager – Hybrid (Eastbourne)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Eastbourne team on a hybrid basis. You will work closely with senior project managers and engineers to deliver a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and engineering teams in gathering requirements, clarifying objectives and defining project scope.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation and status reports.
• Track progress against timelines, scope and budget, escalating risks or issues as needed.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, customers and suppliers, monitoring action items, dependencies and deliverables.
• Prepare regular project updates for stakeholders under senior guidance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes and reports.
• Assist with issue escalation and contribute to solution‑focused discussions.

Required profile

• Experience supporting project coordination across the engineering project lifecycle.
• Proactive attitude to suggest process improvements.
• Familiarity with structured or regulated environments.
• Ability to understand and align with customer and stakeholder priorities.
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

What we offer

• Salary £50,000‑£60,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.
