Technical Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Advisor to join our Pipe and Climate Centre in Brimsdown, Enfield. You will combine technical product knowledge with sales expertise to support our trade customers and grow new business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales advice and technical guidance to customers via phone and email.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and generate new leads through proactive sales calls.
• Collaborate closely with the external sales team.
• Work a rotating shift pattern (07:30‑16:30 one week, 08:00‑17:00 the next) with no weekend work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales or customer‑service role, preferably front‑facing.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers.
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of pipe and climate products (training will be provided).
