About the role
This senior position leads commercial growth for a globally recognised engineering and technology business across the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia. You will own a high‑profile international region, driving performance and shaping market presence in key industrial sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales growth across the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia.
- Manage internal and external sales teams, providing coaching and development.
- Develop and execute regional growth plans for key markets and accounts.
- Drive strategic initiatives to increase market share and revenue.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, planning and performance reporting.
Required profile
- Senior sales leadership experience within technical, industrial or capital‑equipment environments.
- Strong leadership, coaching and team‑development capabilities.
- Commercially astute with proven forecasting and planning ability.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary £84,000 – £90,000 per year.
- Performance bonus and company car.
