Telemarketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Telemarketing Executive to join a fast‑growing sales team in Perry Barr, Birmingham. You will act as the crucial link between inbound interest and our field sales managers, qualifying leads, booking appointments and uncovering new business opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up warm leads and confirm key decision‑makers.
• Book qualified appointments for Field Sales Managers.
• Generate new leads through outbound calls and research.
• Handle inbound calls, emails and live web‑chat enquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records.
• Share updates and insights with the field sales team.
• Send follow‑ups and appointment confirmations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing environment such as B2B sales, lead generation, retail, hospitality or call‑centre work.
• Confident, professional communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and databases.
• Motivated by targets and teamwork.
