Telesales Executive – Energy

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Telesales Executive to join our energy consultancy team. Based in a village just outside Bedford, you will develop a new business pipeline by contacting UK‑based companies and offering tailored energy‑saving solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture a personal customer base through outbound calls.
• Gather key information, assess client needs and present suitable energy options.
• Convert qualified opportunities into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the wider team to share insights and improve the sales process.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilient, motivated and passionate about sales.
• Team‑oriented with a desire to exceed targets.
• Own transport (limited public transport in the village).
• Willingness to learn and develop a sales career.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Base salary £23,750 rising to £25,000 after probation.
