Temp-to-Perm Sales Order Processor – Twickenham

About the role

This temporary-to-permanent position is based in Twickenham and focuses on processing sales orders for a retail company. You will ensure orders are entered accurately, coordinate with internal teams and deliver high‑quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain and update order records in the system.
• Respond to customer queries regarding orders.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to verify stock availability.
• Prepare and distribute order‑related documentation.
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies.
• Support the wider team with administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in order processing or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive problem‑solving and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Experience using order management systems.

What we offer
