Temporary Cover Receptionist – Front of House

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Temporary Cover Receptionist to provide front‑of‑house support across our Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds sites. This role ensures a professional and welcoming environment when permanent reception staff are absent.

Key responsibilities

• Provide seamless temporary reception cover, greeting visitors and managing the reception area.
• Handle couriers, post, and deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of vacant spaces and the reception area.
• Develop effective relationships with clients, agents, and contractors.
• Report and manage building issues, prioritising security and proactive problem‑solving.
• Support tenant experience by being aware of local amenities and promotional events.
