Temporary Customer Service Advisor (Days & Nights)

About the role
This temporary position supports customers across day and night shifts for a not‑for‑profit organisation in Stockport. You will be the first point of contact, delivering compassionate assistance and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and manage call‑centre queries related to customer well‑being.
- Provide empathetic, compassionate care to callers.
- Update and maintain customer accounts within a CRM system.
- Carry out ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a call‑centre or customer‑service environment.
- Flexibility to work across day, evening and night shifts on a 16‑week rota.
- Willingness to commit to a temporary role with the possibility of permanent employment.
- Confident telephone manner and positive demeanour.
- Strong work ethic, self‑starter attitude and team‑player mindset.
- Full UK driving licence and successful DBS check.
