Temporary Housekeeper – Luxury Private Estate in Surrey

About the role

We are seeking experienced temporary housekeepers to join a prestigious private estate in Egham, Surrey. The estate operates to 5‑star hotel standards and requires meticulous care of the main residence, guest accommodation, swimming pool, tennis courts and surrounding grounds.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of all interior spaces, including delicate materials and luxury finishes.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and public areas.
• Care for and clean the swimming pool, tennis courts and outdoor grounds.
• Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper and House Manager to ensure consistent service quality.
• Use high‑end cleaning equipment and products appropriate for luxury environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in private households or luxury hospitality housekeeping.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a professional, discreet demeanor.
• Reliable, proactive, flexible and able to work well within a team.

Required skills

• Floor polishing and polishing of marble or stone surfaces.
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning using specialised equipment.
• Pool maintenance and water treatment basics.
• Tennis court surface cleaning.
