Temporary Sales Assistant – Silverstone Grand Prix

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our fashion retail team during the Silverstone Grand Prix event from 2nd to 5th July. This temporary position involves working on the shop floor and in the stockroom, supporting customers and ensuring smooth store operations in a high‑traffic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor, providing product information and excellent service.
• Maintain stockroom organization, receive deliveries, and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Support visual merchandising standards and keep the store tidy.
• Collaborate with the team to manage peak footfall periods efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or a customer‑facing role.
• Ability to work quickly and remain calm during busy periods.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Flexibility to work the full event period, including weekends.
