Territory Manager – Laryngectomy & Tracheostomy (12‑month FTC)

About the role
This 12‑month fixed‑term position supports the growth of laryngectomy and tracheostomy pathways within NHS hospitals across the South West and South Wales. You will act as the commercial lead for a leading medical‑device organisation, building relationships with clinical and procurement teams to drive adoption of airway‑management solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with NHS hospital accounts.
- Collaborate with speech‑and‑language therapists, clinical nurse specialists, respiratory teams, procurement and ENT departments.
- Promote product and service adoption across patient discharge pathways.
- Support the expansion of respiratory and airway‑management product portfolios.
- Work alongside clinical educators, field nurses and broader commercial teams.
- Identify opportunities to increase patient registrations and pathway utilisation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in NHS stakeholder engagement, preferably within medical‑device or healthcare sales.
- Background in nurse‑led markets, DAC environments, respiratory/airway management, or tracheostomy/ENT sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong clinical and commercial relationships.
Required skills
- Knowledge of NHS procurement processes.
- Understanding of laryngectomy and tracheostomy clinical pathways.
What we offer
- Basic salary up to £60,000.
- Performance bonus up to £20,000.
- Company car.
- 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
